Brandon Dwyer's collection feels like it was meant for a holiday. On this final day of LG Fashion Week it's blustery outside, but with this collection on the runway it feels like South Beach.

A tangerine dream of a dress floats around the body, secured only by bold white and orange bandage straps a la Leger. Teal and cream tunics with drawstrings or tied belts fit the bill for laidback sun-soaking. But this former Project Runway Canada contestant's sense of style isn't lost when the sun goes down.

Romono Keveza clearly has talent. The New York based designer stole the coveted 9PM slot at Toronto Fashion Week yesterday where she showed off her killer bridal outfits and evening wear. Take a look at the collection in the video (above) and photos below.

NADA was definitely one of my favourite collections this season. Designer Nada Shepherd was able to marry excellent construction with an artist's eye, creating a series of looks that was exciting, but also wearable.

The first look even drew a burst of applause from the crowd, which was the first time I'd seen that happen this season. (Wondering what caused it? Think a woven leather minidress with a sheer black top, worn over striking lace tights.)

Backstage before the NADA runway show at LG Fashion Week was a flurry of activity, from hair crimping, teasing and an extreme touch of eyeliner as the L'Oreal crew transformed these women into runway models. Big hair seemed to be all the rage as NADA geared up for yet another stunning show. Here's my photoset from the action backstage.

Evan Biddell must watch a lot of track and field. How else to explain the bodysuit one of his male models strutted on the catwalk yesterday. I was half expecting Usain Bolt and the Jamaican team to come out next. But at least he doesn't do green and yellow. Silver, black and flowly fabrics punctuated this season's collection. Cheri Milaney's clothing isn't really my cup of tea. I know, her clientele is older, but I don't ever see my mother wanting to pick up any of these pieces. That said, her show yesterday under the tents at LG Fashion Week had a great score courtesy of DJ Vaneska. I actually danced a little bit, much to the amusement of those around me.
