New Toronto fitness pass lets you try 20 gyms for $50

Posted by Natalia Manzocco / July 15, 2014

Krudar Muay ThaiPicking a gym in Toronto is often made tougher by the abundance of choices. Do you reinvent yourself as a yoga buff, a spinning freak, or an ass-kicking MMA fighter? Maybe you're a commitment-phobe. Or maybe you want to be all three. (Good for you!)

Either way, the Tryfit pass was created for the dabblers among us. The $49 pass, set to launch July 17, gets you access to 20 classes over a six-month term at a lineup of 20 gyms, including Krudar Muay Thai, Moksha Yoga and Paul Brown Boxfit. Check their site for a complete list of gyms.

Great idea! If you are into yoga try something similar called Passport to Prana - It's $30 and you can try almost all the best Toronto yoga studios once!

Amazing concept! Always wondered if there was an easy way to check out some of the more indie gyms in the city without giving up my first born.

Heard about this through the Edge. It sounds amazing. Going to sign up, always wanted something like this to test out different types of workouts...

Sounds a lot like Gymsurfing, except they let you use drop-in gyms, not just studio classes.

The whole point is to let you come and try their classes and hope u become a member.

These guys actually came out with a new monthly unlimited membership. Pretty much like ClassPass but the TORONTO local version, which is freakin awesome! FITSET.CA

Said a classpass employee... If I open a restaurant, am I copying the millions of restaurants out there? Americans...

RIGHT?! I'd much rather support a local company anyway... :) Fitset all day. Every day.
