cyclocross toronto 2008The 2008 Ontario Cyclocross Championship race went down yesterday in Toronto's Riverdale Park.

Coffee, beer, plenty of mud, polka music, and some spectacular wipeouts kept both spectators and participants in the thick of the action.

For anyone interested in coming out to see another race, or even better, to participate, you have another opportunity next weekend. On Sunday, November 30, there is a race in the park area below Old Mill subway station. The action starts at 10:00am, with the final race finishing at 2:00pm.

I winter cycle on my mountain bike and all, but i don't think I am ready for this. Looks fun though.
