NMS vs PFL

With PFL 11 coming up on Saturday at the Gladstone, my mind wonders to the age old question, who throws Toronto's the best pillow fight?
Our competitors, the raining champions of pillow pillaging, Pillow Fight League. And in our other corner, the do it your self urban renegade, NewMindSpace!
For this bout, we'll be armed with photos NewMindSpace @ Nathan Philip Square, and PFL9 @ The Mod Club.
Let's go!
Round 1: The Location

NewMindSpace, graced with warm weather and sun lands a deadly hit in this open urban environment. PFL fights back with great lighting, a stage and the all important sight lines. Even though you can get beer at the Mod Club, I've gotta give the round to NewMindSpace!
Round 2: The Antics

As a voyeur looking to be entertained, which of these two events provides the most entertainment? I've gotta say I was very impressed with the surprise attacks of mobs and kamikaze fighters on other peoples shoulders. But PFL isn't taking this round lying down. I almost died at the last PFL event when Boozy Suzy and Ursula Anvil went flying during an intermission interview. Then there was when Polly bit Lynn Somnia! It might be staged, but it gets my vote! Score one for the PFL!
Round 3: The Fighting

This one is no competition. PFL are the professional fighters. The fighting is non-stop, intense and very real. You can't fake those bruises and concussions! The NewMindSpace fighters after a while were chatting while fighting and more goofing around. It's more of a social event. The clincher was Lynn from the PFL beating the living crap out of everyone at Nathan Philips. Round 3, PFL.
And I score this bout, 2-1 for the PFL! But keep up the good work NewMindSpace, we love your annual pillow fight! Maybe another public fight before the summer is over? Just a suggestion.
Bonus Round: The Sexy
I can't resist. You decide.

Tickets for PFL 11 are at Rotate for $15. Polly tells me it's nearly sold out so get your tickets soon! About 30 left...

bwah hah hah.
That said, PFL is definitely a spectator sport and will never be able to be anything else, while the mass public pillow fight can engage people of all ages and genders. I guess it depends on you: will you sit down and watch, or stand up and fight!
PS - One day people will learn how to capitalize our name, it's Newmindspace ;)
