Toronto has a large number of parkour enthusiasts. PKTO is a group with over 300 members ranging in skill from beginner to veteran. Mostly made up of fit highschool and university students (and predominantly males), this isn't a club for everyone. If you think this is something for you, check out their forums, where you can learn about weekly meets. They've been profiled in several newspapers and magazines about the sport in Toronto.

In case you missed it a few years ago (it was one of those net videos that made it around the emailsphere), be sure to watch this totally mind-blowing video called "Russian Climbers". These guys must be amongst the world's most skilled and most daring traceurs:

Rumour is that "The Infected" in the upcoming "28 Weeks Later" will be shown doing a lot of parkour.

i swear these guys are ninjas....I don't get how you can practice this stuff without killing yourself!
