If that is happening in the open area where you can see the staff interacting with the animals I don't want to think about how they treat them on the second floor where they do the grooming. So sad because they have a pretty convinient location.
I more recently tried their grooming services and could not be happier. The groomer did exactly what I wanted and it was the best cut he's had by far. (I have a little shih-tzu)
The staff are always friendly and clearly love what they do, my dog is excited to see them every day. They make me feel very comfortable leaving my dog in their hands. I recommend Spaw Boutique to everyone I can, definitely give them a try:)
