Xam Yu Seafood Restaurant, located in the heart of Chinatown, is a destination spot for fresh seafood. The deep fried crab is wonderful, although a bit greasy, while the steamed snapper is flavourful without being doused in soy sauce. They even serve up some non-seafood dishes - their crispy beef in orange sauce is a crowd favourite.
