Vicky's Fish & Chips & Sue's Thai Food

Vicky's Fish and Chips
Two different menus, one for fish and chips and one for thai, with a LOT of variety for a very reasonable price. The fish and chips are worth raving about. Open Mon-Sat from 12-9 and open 4-9 pm on Sun, just North of Howard Park on the West side of Roncesvalles beside Loon's.

I've been going here for years..ever since I was a kid..and they have pretty good fish and chips although I can't lie..it's greasy! They have a really good mango salad too.

Missed dropping in when I stayed in "the hood" in Dec. so did not try the F&C recently. But have had it here before and it was fine. However, it is the Thai food here that rocks. They will make things to order re: your specs. for "heat". Tasty and good sized portions.

This place is great, serving better Thai food than the nearby Friendly Thai or Thai Chef restaurants. The concept for both cuisines started because the former restaurant at this location was a neighbourhood favorite for fish and chips. When the owner retired, the new occupants continued to get customers looking for his amazing fish and chips. So they called him up and worked with him to master his recipes and continue offering them to the neighbourhood along side their own delicious thai food. The result is a restaurant worth hitting multiple times a week for different cravings, and a place that pleases all tastes in your family!

Keep it up Vicky!
