Well executed thai cuisine but too bad about the strip-mall location and decidedly un-hip atmosphere. Here's hoping they decide to spruce up the interior one day (or move locations) as the thai food is among the best in the city.

I couldn't agree more...food is great, but the cavernous hard to fill space is not a draw. I was told that the location is actually the hub of their catering business – the provide many a Toronto restaurant with custom spring rolls etc for their menus. However, that should be no excuse. I recommend that the cut the dining space in half for a cosier atmosphere.
