Sandwich CitySandwich City has recently undergone a menu change and now offers their eponymous menu item, as well as subs, paninis and soups.

We went to the Sandwich City on Pape Avenue 2-3 times with my 7-y.o. son and every time their washroom was closed or not working or "we don't have the key". I wonder where they defecate and urinate? Very low hygiene for sure. I am also going to complain to The City.

I am a regualr customer at Sandwich City. I love it :) The service is quick, friendly and accurate. I like to spend time on the patio with friends for lunch.

People who think THIS is a good customer service have definitely never seen anything better in their life. This is very regrettable, sweetheart... Not to let a small child use a washroom is a hateful act, esp. as the female owner has a little daughter herself. What goes around comes around, remember???

Alas, the place is absolutely UNfriendly to small kids. Cannot judge the food there, I always cook my own healthy food at home for my family and don't eat at cheap dirty places with no working washroom.

Seriously, people, I do not get it, O'K, the place is cheap but is it why you would even eat stuff that was touched by dirty unwashed hands? Arrgghh!
