Regina Pizzeria & TrattoriaRocco and Anna make Regina's the neighborhood place to be in the heart of Little Italy. Dine in or have them deliver their homemade pizzas, pastas, or tasty sandwiches.

I am NEVER going back here. For a "friendly" 'nabe pizza joint they sure were hostile to us. We waited forever for our food and I guess I figured the food must be worth it but it was pitiful. The penne arribiata was awful. Think: Ragu sauce from a jar. With mushrooms and peppers. Weird. Wrong. And I'm sorry but any place that you have to practically beg the waiter for a spoon is just ridiculous.

i do not care what this mumu is sayng , we been going to regina for years ,we always got good servece and the food is great , my family and i love it.teresa .

My family and friends we go to regina once a week and love the way we are treated ,great by evrey one thak you, lenny and gace.

The pizza used to be good...maybe 25 years ago. While the decor is a lot nicer, the pizza has gone downhill. Soggy dough..uncooked pepperonis. And it's way overpriced.
Ceasar Salad is good when the romaine is fresh..which unfortunately isn't often.
Nothing else on the menu is worth the money.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from Regina's. Terrible food, terrible customer service and a complete waste of money.

I was their recently and I actually enjoyed my food. But the service here was so bad that Im never going back again. We had a pizza to start off with and also ordered mains. When the mains were ready the server came to our table and took away our pizza without any warning to bring the mains. There was only 2 slices left and we werent even their for long! If he told us that the mains were ready and that he wanted to clear space on the table we would of finished it right away. So I told him to bring back our pizza. After I said this the waiter started to give attitude. The same thing happened to the couple next to us. Their salads were also seized by the waiter without warning.
