Pho Pasteur

Pho PasteurPho Pasteur stands out in a sea of Chinatown late night eat options by being one of the few places to churn out food 24 hours a day. Craving pho at 5am? This is your saviour.

I quite like the pho broth at this place (nice and salty). It's definitely not cheap though.

The Bun Bo Hue was very good. It's hard to find places with good Bun Bo Hue. Highly recommend it.

We went there because we were craving a pho late hours ... And will never go there again. Pho is mediocre at best, and the place is dirty. Some guy was pretending to wash the dishes in a sink, not really sure how clean the dishes would come out, but didn't seem like they would be clean. This visit was a tossup between this place and owl of minerva, should have gone to the owl. Pho mi 99 and pho da bo (sp) are way better. This place is expensive too. Two medium soups and fresh spring rolls for $38.xx? Common?!
