Owl of Minerva (Markham)
Owl of Minerva in Markham is part of a larger Korean restaurant chain, and is located in the First Markham Place strip plaza. Locals love to come here for a quick craving fix of spicy pork bone soup (only for $4.99). To top it off, be sure to crack a raw egg in the bubbling hot broth. They don't have a large menu, but they offer traditional Korean dishes such as tofu soup, bimbimbap, spicy squid and beef bulgogoi. Service is speedy and the atmosphere is cozy.
