really mannerless, brainless n rude so-called-manager... masala dosa was very good....thats y went there with my parents, in laws n aunts n uncles on nite for dinner after they came from outside canada...then a very shocking thing happened which i havent seen in years in canada....in my home country's culture the waiters r given tips personally by the customers before they leave and not included in the bill on the counter...after my dad paid the bill he came bak to the table to chat with us while my mum finished the dessert...in the middle, this over smart girl who claims herself to b the manager but doesnt even have the skill of a normal waiter nor any manners or politeness came to our table n started talking in loud voice that i m the manager here...n wanted to know if there was any problem with our service as u did not include any tips...my workers worked since morning n bla bla bla....we were literally shocked and it was our parents 2nd day in canada! we were going to tip the waiter b4 leaving anyways but the way that girl spoke was ridiculous...it is totally unacceptable...u cannot expect anyone to treat their customers that way,...wen she kinda realized that we were going to tip later she tried to apologize that also in loud voice n rudely but after that kinda behaviour n tone it is totally impossible to forgive...i cant explain her behaviour in words....damn racist...looking at our softness thought that she could say anything she wants...but i yelled a lot bak to teach a lesson n made sure that i have many friends n relatives who go there as well as i started going there so often (giving tips every time) stops going there bcoz of her...i was shocked that we were still eating n b4 we even started leaving she came to beg for the tips so rudely...the waiter was good...but i was so angered i didnt bother giving tips...these youngsters run this place n badly need some professional n basic training to treat their customers....its not our fault if they r working from the morning till night...we r paying for it...they can hire some more ppl but have no right to expose this kinda frustration on customers...i was very embarrassed in front of my guests...ridiculous they expect that everyone is canadian n should know canadian culture by birth! highly disappointing! really disrespected my culture...never setting my foot in it again n neither anyone i know!
