Yesterday was my first visit to this restaurant at the Eaton Centre. I ordered two items. Item #1 was ready in 2 minutes. I waited around 20 minutes for item #2, I was just standing there and nobody paid attention to a customer standing and waiting for that long. I thought they were out of ingredients or something.

Then I asked what's going on. It turned out they just forgot to cook item #2. It was ready within another 3 minutes. I asked for the manager. They told me there was no manager. I asked who was in charge. They responded that nobody was in charge.

Today I called their phone listed on the receipt. There was nobody to answer the phone!
If any Liberty Noodle owners are reading this, the order number in question is 132964 :-)

The food was fantastic, though, too bad the business is run like a debacle.

The food there is disgusting and cold. Never again. They also serve mac and cheese at an asian restaurant. The fusion is just really weird and the soup I ordered was cold and I could have got it from the grocery store. The staff there are stupid too, they don't even speak English. They need to hire better staff and make their food hot.

went there for the first time and had a shyo noodle soup. The taste is very mediocre but the price is VERY EXPENSIVE. it was 1/4 of the bowl full. Can you think of a place where you had a noodle soup that is 1/4 of a bowl full? it is at liberty noodle!
I am a 5'6, 130lbs male and i was only half full when i finished. I cannot imagine the majority of the population that are bigger than me and trying that. It is a disgrace to the asian noodle soup. Like i always say. Make it LOOK like it's worth it. Add the soup (water) to make it LOOK filling? how much is a little bit more noodles? really?
