My family and I miscalculated the tips and the waitRESS aka owner, yelled at us in the looby, causing a scene of which I could see customer looking at us from the corner she yelled, "is there something wrong, you didnt pay 15% tips, this isnt fair, this isnt fair," -so we gave them the tips demanded-
AFTER THE MEAL, I went home to find the locations number to see if I could take to the owner, it was the same lady, she yelled at me on the phone quoting, "I didnt tell are you, if you didnt have the decency to pay the 15%, I will ask for it, you eat $100, and only paid $9. (me- wow) her reply wow, what" I took the whole thing into offense being:
1. I took it as she was calling my family and I "cheap," considering we were the only Asian family eating at the restaurant + that she had to breakdown how much our order was, was rude, unprofessional and pretty much gave a bad reputation to other restaurant owners
2. I strongly took this to offense that she yelled at me for not having the decency to pay it off, I may only be a kid, but I know you do not talk to elderlys (my parents) like that nor do you critcize my parents for not teaching me about decency, who is she to tell/ teach me about something that she doesnt have this is ridiculous
I would never ever go back
