Inaho Japanese Restaurant is one of the few places in the GTA where you can find fresh quality sushi at reasonable prices, and also where the owner and chef are actually Japanese. They offer authentic-tasting sushi rolls, both traditional and special ones, as well as lunch sushi bento boxes for under $10. Seating is limited though as the space is quite small and intimate, so call in advance to book a table!
