Ginza Sushi on Dufferin is part of the Ginza Sushi family of restaurants that also have locations in Yorkville, North York, and Thornhill. This is the place to go if you want to sample all you can eat sushi with a modern atmosphere in Vaughan. The quality of the sushi is not quite what you would find at non-AYCE places, but they are relatively decent and the upscale ambience is definitely a refreshing change from the norm.
