We have been going to Curry Twist for almost five years and have always been impressed with the atmosphere and service, which are rivalled only by the amazing food. A couple of years ago, one of their cooks/chefs left them and opened High Park Spicy House half a dozen or so shops east of Curry Twist, on the same side of Dundas. The menu is not surprisingly almost identical. Whatever the reason for the split, I think it is dirty pool to open so close, so we continue to give Curry Twist our business. Take out or dine in, it is the best Indian for miles...

curry twist is the most authentic, flavourful and most lovely curry house in Toronto. I always get one of the daily specials and am amazed by them! The lamb madras is a MUST!

the owner seems like a really sweet guy - always says hello and greets the customers. I really like the open concept kitchen so you can see what they are cooking up and that is it very very clean!!

I absolutely LOVE Curry Twist; definitely my first choice for Indian. I'm sad not to be in the neighbourhood anymore, which means my visits will be fewer and further between. Highly recommended!

We love Curry Twist! Great food and really warm, welcoming service. Easy to enjoy with the kids, too.

Wow, went to Curry Twist for dinner last night and still thinking about the meal...in a good way which is rare for Indian food. The service was absolutely amazing, the servers were attentive and very hospitable, and the food was fantastic.
The butter chicken was one of the best we have had (although we would probably ask for it a bit spicier when we return) and the lamb madras was to die for. Also ordered a starter of Tawa paneer which was really delicious. Their naans are huge and freshly made in a tandoor, and the samosas were freshly made as well. Really great food all round. Will be returning for sure.

Tastes are subjective of course, but I eat a lot of indian food, throughout the east and west ends of the city, and curry twist is in my top five. Serious attention to spice and flavour, and the quality is consistent too.
