first of all, excuse my English mistake that i will make.
before being a restaurant owner i'm a restaurant lover, and like many of you i was reading with attentions restaurant reviews from the various food critics, Gina Mallet, Amy Pataky, Joanne Kates, etc.
now, i still reading this reviews, but i'm also on the other side of the reviews like many of the other places in the city i'm under the radar of these journalists.
i don't want talk about my restaurant now, i just want to share with you what's happening now in the city.
you and i read a review about some new restaurant and this review is great, so we think this place must be good because this people that judge a restaurant know what they're talking about and the are impartial on the decisions, than a month after the same restaurant get another review, from someone else, but now orrible, nothing is good, not even the same dishes that before were so great.
now my point, as a restaurant owner (and waiter on the floor), i would like to invite you to read more in between lines of these restaurants reviews to understand why this can happen and if you really think a place i worth a try to research a bit about to see what customers are saying about the restaurant in question, here the example, where you can understand that one review is being done to damage the image of the writer competitions, instead delivering a sincere test of the establishment, ruin the restaurant name, enjoy!
