Bite Me Gourmet Hot Dogs and Salads is a family-friendly addition to the Forest Hill neighbourhood with a wholesome, feel-good vibe (despite the connotations of its name). It's still settling into its identity and adding to its selection of noshes.

The eats so far: all-natural, hormone- and antibiotic-free hot dogs and sausages, made and delivered weekly straight from the farm in Hamilton where the animals were originally raised. All weiners are served on fresh buns made specially for Bite Me by What-A-Bagel, along with a side of flavoured Spudniks potato chips. You can also build your own salad (and add fresh fruit), but chances are you'll probably prefer to pair your dog with Kawartha Dairy ice cream on its own, in a milkshake or as a float. Mmm, dessert.
