Billy's Dumplings
Billy's Dumplings is a new resto in the Annex that makes - surprise, surprise - all manner of dumplings. Boiled, pan fried or steamed, choose your filling, add some vinegar, soy sauce and/or sriracha, and go to town. There are also Chinese-style savoury pancakes and steamed buns on the menu in addition to all the predictable noodle and fried rice offerings. Kimchi as a side dish is a little bit out of left field, but a nice nod to nearby Koreatown.
