Aristotle McGregor's TorontoAristotle McGregor's is a new pub that recently opened at the foot of the Mt. Pleasant restaurant/retail strip. Wings, greek salads and beer (of course) are the specialties here.

dropped in with my wife as we were walking south on mt.pleasant. first complaint, limited selection of beer on tap and taps actually working.2nd , the bitchy bartender terrrible service. 3rd, our order of food took over 45 mins to arrive at the table, this after the first two items i ordered were not available. avoid this place and i didnt even mention the horrible urine soaked washrooms. way better places to eat and drink north up mt pleasant and over on bayview

A new pub that recently opened? Did your reviewer just land in Toronto from Mars? The place has been around for years. And it hs been mediocre for years. Why aren't you featuring The Longest Yard, just half a block north? The pub food there is excellent. And, it's been there for at least 20 years.

the longest yard- excellent pub fare- r u kidding, the only reason this place is open is that parents r too lasy to cook somenights and the yard provides space and games for the little ones to play, while parents spend 70 bucks for 2 dinners and a few pints. plus the yard has the warmest draft lines in the city and the poorest selection of booze at the bar i have ever seen.

Eatsalot....you nailed it, I went to the Yard and I thought I was in School Yard playground...never going back there, amd I left with a headache.

Went to this place down the road, had some nice ice cold draft, and a pound of wings, both were excellent.

Skip it. Too many better options in the area. Looks run-down inside. Food is just OK. Seems like the manager / owner spends a lot of time there having a drink with his buds. Have wanted to take the patio seat by the window but the same guy (owner?) is usually sitting there. Looks like they prefer you don't go there - so I won't bother!
