I have visited this restaurant on three different occasions and was served promptly and professionally on two occasions. On my third visit which was Monday April 2nd, I visited this establishment for lunch with two friends. I was bragging to them about the food and great customer service; but this WAS NOT the case that day. We were greeted by a young lady who took our order and asked to wait for the (cook) to prepare our food. As we stood there, the cook in question was no other than the MANAGER as I ask to speak to him after we had lunch. My complaint to him and to you was the fact that this (manager?!?)spent the entire time ON HIS CELL PHONE AS HE PREPARED OUR FOOD and continued so during our entire visit. You call this service? NEVER cleaning his hands while preparing our food or holding the phone?? This is the kind of people you hire to manage your establishment? We were never asked while we relunctantly ate our food if the food had been to our satisfaction -NO - just asked to pay upfront for the food and 'have yourself a nice day, we are too busy talking on our cell phone to interact with OUR PAYING CUSTOMERS to pay them any attention or provide any personal detail for their visit. I will be damn if I ever return or take my friends to this establishment. SHAME ON YOU!!

I noticed the dirty fingernails on the cashier but new the burgers were good so grimaced but waitied for my food. When I got home the fires were few and burnt and there were 5 onion rings in the bag....5! I called to complain but the person answering the phone said that he just works there and what is he supposed to do about it...I said well perhaps apologise and offer an explanation. He scoffed. I asked to speak to the manager . He said the manager is not here. I asked what was the managers name , he responded I do not know his name. I asked what was his name, he said he does not give out his name....I was appalled . No customer service. Boycott this place at all costs. They are rude and quite homophobic I might add.

Sounds like the nameless manager should have his phone removed from his hand and put where it would work best - where the sun don't shine - just sayin'
