3 Brewers

3 Brewers Toronto3 Brewers is a restaurant and microbrewery with great seasonal beers and rave-worthy Flammekuech on its menu. The multi-level Yonge Street restaurant also offers everything from beer-soaked sauerkraut to steamed mussels.

2 meals were forgotten and had to call manager to get them. Came 30 minutes after other 3 people started eating, one came wrong even after all the waiting. Refills had to be asked for 2 times. Had to call over server several times. Appetizer showed up after dinner. Went to find manager to tell of all the problems and they took nothing off the bill, not even a drink. We will never go again and tell everybody. Second time had horrible service here but friends insisted on going because they have not tried and we were tired and hungry. This time was far worse than the last time. Save your money and go to Baton Rouge or Milestones across the street.

Vhad dinner with my Fily at the Oakville location by the Winston Churchill Theatres. Had their thai flamemcrappy pizza which came out cold and flavorless. Wings were fried from frozen with sauce from a bag and the "handmade" fish and chips were pulled by hand from the freezer and deep fried. We intended to see a movie after but ended up going home with three of us sick with stomach aches.

I booked the cozy party room last for 8 people to celebrate a birthday party. They said no problem, but just to be pro-active, I called them to day before the event just to confirm that we'd get that room, and not just a generic table. They said the room was definitely reserved for our party. Then on the day of, with only a few hours notice, 3 Brewers called me to tell me that they were cancelling our reservation because a party of 14 wanted the same room at the same time, which of course ruined our birthday celebration and caused chaos, forcing us to scramble at the last minute to make alternate plans.

That is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour on behalf of this restaurant.

wow! no luv for 3B. I've only been to the newly-opened Richmond-Adelaide Centre location and it is really really good. It's a beautiful 2 storey open space surrounded by glass, light and tv's mounted in a circle. The food, by the way is really good, at least a solid *** out of 5(skip the over-hyped Flammekuech) so maybe the quality varies greatly by location.
