Today in Toronto Ryerson University's Documentary Media Festival is kicking off at the lovely Winter Garden Theatre with a panel featuring photographer Edward Burtynsky, filmmaker Kevin McMahon, and new media artist Marc Serpa Francoeur. Arrive early to get a seat. Pia Bouman is hosting a Festival of Clowns until June 1 featuring full-length shows, cabarets, micro plays - and over 100 performers.
