The third annual SLAMtario Spoken Word Festival, presented by Cytopoetics and Open Minds Respect Events OMRE, wraps up with the championship finals! The winner claims a $500 prize and the title of Ontario Slam Champions in the only provincial slam championship in English Canada.

The top four teams from the preliminary round qualify for Saturdays Finals Night. Doors open at 7pm for the evening event featuring Buddy Wakefield, the two-time Individual World Poetry Slam Champion. The show will be followed with a slammin' after party so come ready to dance the night away and celebrate with the poets!
