Enjoy a fun filled evening of cultural exchange and understandings of the traditional and non-traditional methods of making Kimchi with Chef Rudy Boquila of LAMESA Filipino Kitchen.

Instructions and ingredients to create Chef Rudy's Kimchi recipe from start to finish. Recipes will be sent to all attendees. There will be table tasting and a small meal paired with the freshly made Kimchi of the night.
