5 Questions: Deesha

Toronto singer/songwriter Deesha will be performing at the Masala! Mehndi! Masti! Festival at the Harbourfront on Thursday, August 4th at 8pm. Deesha's album A Life Less Ordinary will be released in the fall. I had the chance to speak with Deesha about how she got started in her music career, her audience, the pressure of coming out with her first album, the music industry and its politics, as well as her future.
