FITNESS AND MODEL EXPO

I checked out FAME at the Metro Toronto Convention centre this weekend. The event was very well run with a plethora of different booths. There were many good deals and tons of free samples available for numerous protein bar companies as well as energy and protein drink brands as well. I also got a chance to chat with Canadian over-40 fitness model and competitor Tosca Reno, who has graced the cover of Oxygen Magazine.
