Alan Cross to return to Toronto radio with new show

As reported by the Grid's Stuart Berman, Alan Cross will be making a quick return to Toronto radio. Many speculated that Cross would be picked up by another station after his tenure at Corus Radio and 102.1 the Edge came to a close in July, but even if the news of his return to air isn't that surprising, it's surely exciting for his fans. Come October 11th, Cross will debut a new show on the Astral-owned 97.3 Boom FM called "The Secret History of Rock," which one suspects will be very similar to "The Ongoing History of New Music," the program that endeared him to music lovers with an appetite for the history of rock and roll.
