CN Tower to be lit orange for Jack Layton on Saturday
The CN Tower will glow with orange light on Saturday evening in honour of Jack Layton, who's funeral will be held earlier in the day. The decision, which has been confirmed by both the NDP and the CN Tower, comes after Christiaan Rapcewicz started a Facebook page suggesting the idea shortly after news of Layton's death spread. "I drove by the CN Tower on Monday and thought maybe the CN Tower should be orange," he told the National Post.
