Toronto to launch film festivals website

The City of Toronto has created a new portal website that lists and provides information on Toronto's many film festivals.

The site, www.torontofilmfestivals.com, is pretty basic and easy to navigate. There's a calendar of events, a search page, and a directory that allows you to scroll through festivals and read a brief description or link to its home page.

The City created the site in collaboration with its more than 70 film festivals and the George Brown College School of Design. David Miller will officially launch the site Tuesday evening from the TIFF Bell Lightbox.
