Conrad Black can't come to Canada...yet

Conrad Black cannot travel to Canada until he presents his financial situation, Judge Amy St. Eve said at Black's bail hearing this afternoon.

Black's lawyer, Miguel Estrada, told the court Black wanted to return to his Toronto home because of his wife's "health issues." But despite providing some financial information, the judge said she wanted more details. Black will return to court August 16.

In the meantime, he must stay in the continental United States, can't carry weapons and must report to pretrial services.
