Am I the only one underwhelmed by 300?

Jerrold on March 12, 2007 at 7:32 AM

When I see 300, I'll let you knwo what I think of it :)

I loved the Namesake. You are so right though it is not for everyone.

Matt on March 12, 2007 at 3:43 PM

No Johnny, you're not. I found 300 pretty dull. Not even "bad" so much as "profoundly uninteresting." I guess you can't greenscreen character or plot into a movie, no matter what else you can do.

I was looking forward to hearing your opinion, Matt. It was like watching Zack Snyder play Mortal Kombat for two hours straight, and all the while hogging the controller.

Mohit, I loved the namesake. Why do you think the film wont play well to a non indian audiance? A film is s film right? I hated 300.

I really enjoyed The Namesake- for once I actually enjoyed the movie more then the book.
