Sarah's on Bloor is a long-standing taste favourite of mine. I would not recommend eating there every day as the final product is rather greasy, but the falafel combination with eggplant and fried cauliflower is one of the best bites in the city. They're the wrap-and-reheat style of falafel, but when I brought a picky Jewish friend down from northern Bathurst for one he still called it the best falafel he'd tasted in his life.

It's their secret hot sauce that makes their falafels and shawarmas so tasty. Even just a little bit of hot sauce in there makes their food taste better than without, and much better than the competition's.
BAD ABD BAD BAD BAD
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD
Just ate there a while ago. This is on my top list of best falafels and shawarmas, except the only thing holding it back is that depending on the time of day you are eating there, it might not be fresh.
Awesome. My only beef is that the falafels and shawarmas usually aren't fresh.
Best Falafel in the city. I've looked far and wide for falafel, and this is absolutely the best. Must get hot sauce, and if the owner makes your falafel it will be even better. I don't know why, but he has magic falafel making hands.
Best shawarma I have ever eaten. Price is comparable since most shawarma/falafel places downtown are around 5 dollars, and sure at the really crap places you could get 2 for 5, but the food is rubbish. Sarah's is mouth-wateringly good and the garlic and hot sauce, divine. I love that they cut the meat in front of you so you know it's still piping hot. Only around 1-2am do they use the pieces they've pre-cut. All in all, amazing shawarma. Only complaint is the garbage bins, please empty them regularly :(
I've literally been going all around the GTA looking for good shawarma. I take my Shawarma very seriously. This place is JUST okay. There Shawarmas are too small, chicken is not as juicy, and too pricey for what they are selling. I've definitely had better. Sorry, Sara
The best falafel in the city. Hands down, no contest, regardless if you are Arabic or a white kid from Jersey. The hot sauce is packed with amazing flavour, the staff are always kind, and everything's fresh. Sarah's is the only way to go. Killer Veggie Sandwich as well.
