I love Shampoo. I see Jamie, and she consistently does a fantastic job with my colour and cut. I find she really understands the texture of her clients' hair, and her cuts tend to grow out really well. Even a month after an appointment, I'll often get compliments like, "did you just get a cut?" from people I see regularly.
A few of my friends see other stylists there, like Anna, and have only had positive feedback. Highly, highly recommend.

I also see jamie and for someone with curly hair it's hard to find a stylist who knows how to cut it properly. I usually end up looking like a sheep. However, I've always been happy with what Jamie has done. I do recommend this place for sure.
I see Anna, and she does a great job with my curly hair. I've also taken my mum to see her, and she's done a great job with straight hair as well.
Highly HIGHLY recommend.
I got my hair cut here about 3 weeks ago with Anna, and have to say that it is in the top 5 of my worst haircuts ever. My hair at the front is different lengths, and my hair is straight so when I don't style it, it's really obvious. I have some strands that are way longer than others and the layers don't give my hair any shape. It only took her a couple of minutes to cut, and it shows.
Having said that, this is the only salon that I have found in Toronto that has actually managed to do my blonde right - it's not brassy, too dark etc. So thank god for that!!
This place was horrible!! I have never in my life met such rude staff. The place was dirty and my haircut was a disaster. I ended up having to spend another $70 on another haircut somewhere else to fix the cut i got there. They should call this salon the butcher shop because thats exactly what they did to my hair!!!!
