I went in this store and the only woman in the shop - was incredibly rude. I will never go in there - and too bad because there was beautiful magenta dress that I wanted to buy.
I drove down from Mississauga to try on wedding gowns after hearing about the dresses from a friend. Not only was the staff pleasant, helpful, but the dresses were beautiful and the atmosphere very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this shop to any bride.
I went to this store yesterday.The staff were so welcoming, helpful & pleasant. It was a wonderful experience & I will definitely go back to order my gown.I especially liked the price incentives for Orders in advance.

It's a quaint little boutique, with fashion in front and bridal at the back. The clothes are nice but a little bit pricy. The good thing is their sales items are a bargain. The best deals I was told is their bridal gowns where you can get the sample for 50% or less off the regular price, or 20% off custom order . The secret is I've noticed is if you are friendly with the staff they sometimes offer additional discounts or throw in something extra.
I really adore this store! I bought a great little black dress that I wore to a friend's wedding. I'm going to come back and try on wedding gowns because they are exquisite. The store is great because it really has the feel of an open studio, the designer is there and friendly staff.
I've just bought my wedding dress here, and my experience has been wonderful! (I'm sad someone had a negative experience because mine has been the exact opposite.) When I called to book an appointment, Reva (the designer) was lovely, and when I came in Vanessa was so gracious and helped me find the most AMAZING dress. Reva's designs are just incredible, and he has a variety of cuts that flatter different body shapes. And it doesn't hurt that you get discounts for ordering in advance.
Everyone at RM has been so friendly and helpful. I think Reva Mivasagar is a really exciting addition to Toronto's fashion scene.
RM Bridal is a new boutique on Queen West that sells both evening and bridal wear.
