Decent stuff, customer service sucks. I witnessed a situation where the cashier was going on and on to a customer about she "I needs extra id with your credit card since we attract a certain type of clientele. Discriminationnnnnnnnnnnn why the heck she didn't tell that to the Better business Bureau. I will be telling them it's Rude
agreed...customer service is BAD!
someone i knew was looking for a cap, they had it (behind the counter).
i was going to send a quick picture to let them know da zone had it.
was told i can't take a photo in their store.
i was going to buy two pair of shoes, and the cap...instead, i walked out. their loss, not mine. i can buy shoes anywhere...why be so obtuse?
i strongly agree with the previous negative remarks. i was in there during the past winter to buy sneaks for a trip to mexico and when i asked for help, i was ignored. nice sneakers, ugly customer service. BOOOOOOO....hope you guys close down.
They aren't closed down for good - they're moving. Customer Service is horrible - but the prices can't be beat. Beggers can't be choosers.
do they sell Leather PRO-KEDS "Court Kings" in the FuNkY Colours there by any chance?... I find that they are soooooooooo hard to find in Canada-slash-Toronto!! :-(
