I would not recommend this boutique. The customer service is poor, and I was fitted improperly for 3 bras that I spend nearly $300 on. When asking what they could do to compensate for this I was treated very poorly and told that there was nothing wrong with the fit of the bras, when I was clearly told 2 days previous from another employee of the store that the bras were "not fitting right at all", and they should never have been sold to me that way.
goo to know
i have to agree. the bras i bought from here don't fit very well at all. you're much better off going to a boutique that carries a variety of brands.
It's a shame because I had such a great service and I never been so confortable in my bras!! I recommmand you give an other try...
I have noticed when shopping for bras, it might not be the bra since they are made in a high volume. I would suggest trying again you can't blame it on that one day visit. you would have to basically visit the store multiple times before you can really determie if the store is on the do not shop list
I disagree, Minnie. If a store screws up once, especially in a phenomenal way, Why would I go back and waste my hard-earned money or time to have them disappoint me again. Businesses aren't people but they need to be able treat people appropriately.
I think the store is wonderful. I love the way their bras fit and have had great service from the staff every time I have shopped in one of their stores. I will definitely be buying my bras from them in the future.
how do you buy 3 bras that don't fit and blame the salesperson?
I had a fitting done here and the salesperson recommended a switch into smaller bra sizes and I acquiesced. However, when I explained to her that the recommended sizes were making it difficult for me to inhale fully, she dismissed my comments and tried to reassure me that this was a professional fitting. After this experience and upon hearing similar comments from others about fittings at Change, I will not be trusting the sales marketing of this company.
I've had nothing but positive experiences when shopping at their stores, and that includes three different locations around Toronto including the Queen St store. I've purchased a number of their bras over the last few years and am very happy with how all of them fit. Add to that the fact that all of the staff I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful and I have no reservations at all about recommending this chain to anyone.
I absolutely, 1005 disagree. I got great service, and they were basically the bra police. They would not let me buy the wrong size bra, even if I wanted to. They're the ones who showed me how to tell if a bra is fitted properly, and I'm much more comfortable and supported now that I know.
If you knew the bras were ill-fitting, why did you leave the store? little bit mystified by that one. After shopping in a few specialty stores, you should be able to tell the correct fit. I also appreciate that Change's bra's are waaaaay more economical than comparable shops in town. $30-50 a bra as opposed to $100? Yes ma'am.
