If you haven't tried the duck & apple sausages, get thee to the Sausage King post haste! Check out the beef and sage ones too, they're yummy.

His entire selection is fantastic. Try the beer sausage. Warning: The Chorizo is hot.

Honestly they are probably the best suasages in the country! each one is handmade by the owner and the mixes are just perfect! I love that there is no preservatives in them too!!
