Noah's Natural Foods has four locations in the GTA including this one in the Annex. Although their prices are higher then most other health food stores, they have a great selection and offer some freshly prepared items.

My doctor recommended Niacin for cholesterol. I took a 500 mg one this morning and when into a flash mode my face got hot etc. You know better than I. I tried the non-flash and then went on line where I read that non-flash is not as effective as the one that causes hot flashes. One article recommended taking small doses 3 times a day of the recgular flash one i.e. 50 to 100 mgs 3 times a day but I can't find them anywhere. Do you have it?
