La boucherie offers nothing but quality and service. Owners Gus and Spiro take pride in their quality and selection of fine meats..they even season the meat for you so all you have to do is cook it! I highly recommend La Boucherie.

Would agree wholeheartedly with the earlier comments. I discovered the shop while reporting a news story. These butchers are the best, in my opinion. Great service, exceptional quality. Growing up in Alberta, we had plenty of choice when it came to beef experts. I recommend Gus and Spiro to anyone looking for tasty meats.
