Photo Contest: Show Us Your Best Bike
I could use a new bike but as luck would have it I'm not eligible to participate in this photo contest. But you are. Starting today and running until 11:59PM August 10th (next Monday) we'll be accepting submissions for our latest photo contest with the winner peddling away with a new Beater bike.
Want to win it? All you need to do is submit a bike-themed photo to the blogTO Flickr pool. Tag your photo with "beaterbikeblogto" and that's it. A jury of blogTO's editorial staff will then convene and pick the photo we like the best. Limit three photo submissions per entrant and you must be a Toronto-area resident. Good luck!

I can only imagine what the next contest will be like once Tim buys a new mattress. Take pics of bedbugs and dirty sheets and win a used bed!
What a half assed attempt at getting rid of your junk. Please, no, keep your beater bike. It looks like you need it more than we do.
Just to clarify: I'm not giving away my bike. If you click on the link above you will see a site for Beater Bikes. The owner of this company is giving away a brand new Beater Bike to the winner of this contest.
LOL - initially, I also thought this "contest" was a thinly-veiled attempt to avoid calling 1*800*Got*Junk or leaving the bike out on the street to die a slow death by slowly being stripped bare by urban scavengers. Thanks for the clarification. Does the photo have to be me on my bike, or can it be any bike I see?
