Thanks for including my photograph in today's Flickr Forum.

The photo was taken while I was reading a book in the Harbourfront Music Garden where I noticed a lot butterflies and bees flying around. I used my telephoto lens capture the action right in front of me when both a bee and butterfly was enjoying nectar from one flower in a perfect harmony.

The TPMG held a small photography event at Toronto's Brick Works. The title is a pun because The Brick Works is often the target of urban infiltration photographers. This time it was with permission of Evergreen (the company that is renovating the location).

With only 12 people in this huge space when I saw 4 TPMGers in the same section I had to get the shot. Notice the correct use of the construction hard hat. I must note that hard hats do make it difficult to look through the view finder.

Thanks for selecting one of my photos. This one (top-left corner pic) is of?Rasc, of German electro band Rotersand, taken last October at The Opera House in Toronto.? Rotersand opened up for Swedish band Covenant.
I was perched atop a big speaker with my telephoto lens, handheld, when I took this shot. I tried to capture the energy and enthusiasm that the band and audience shared by the end of their set.

Thanks for the feature in the Friday Flickr forum.

I took "MINE!" at Humber Bay Park. I love the huge globe thistles there and take hundreds of shots of them every year. They were just starting to bloom, and are a favourite of the bees. I snapped away when this fellow landed on it.

My methods are pretty low tech, as I use a Sony H1. I had my close up lens on for this one, and was just a few centimetres away.

Great choice on the featured shots this week!

Thanks for the friday feature the nine shots look very cool all together, great shots...Toe's across the floor was taken at Winpac a company that has since been demolished and no longer there. I did a few photo shoots there and remember when I stumbled upon this space I was amazed at the refection. I have been experimenting with hdr & tri-tones?for the process and really loved how this turned out.?Thanks Again EvidencE
