20070406_FFF.jpgHow can breakfast possibly cost $275?! Where'd you find that?! What inspired you to set up such a bizarre shot?! This week the Flickr Forum is full of intriguing photographs that have me scratching my head and really wanting to learn more.

The blogTO Flickr Forum is a weekly dialogue for Torontonians and is based on their photographs and the stories behind them. Click the links within (after the jump) to see the individual images in all of their full-sized glory on Flickr.

These images were recently submitted to the blogTO Flickr pool. The people that took the photographs have been invited to participate in discussions about them here. Anyone can start! Don't be shy! Feel free to comment on or ask questions about the photos of your fellow photographers.

Here are some general starter questions for all 9 photographers: Where/when was it taken? Is there a story within or about your photograph?

I appreciate blogTO including my photo in the blogTO FFF.

My photo "a safer Hotdog" came about as another bored-at-home project. Though I would like to claim it is some type of grand metaphysical statement, it is not. Rather, it is a case of trying to construct some type of interesting image with materials on hand.

I had thought about doing some variation of this theme for some time. My original plan was to use one of the frozen corndogs I had but I got hungry and those corndogs are just too damn good! And as the condom is lubed, it kind of precludes consumption afterwards.

Images such as these are my continuing attempts at creative expression, abet on a modest scale & format.

I hope everyone has an enjoyable Easter weekend! (and I mean that in a very non-proselytizing way)

My picture was taken during a noontime walk while at work.

I was amused by the scale of the Adriana Lima sign verses the installer.(who is not seen in the thumbnail version)
The theme Larger Than Life refers to the fact that she is a "supermodel"-a gorgeous one at that-and the majority of us plain looking...who am I kidding, I just wanted a picture of Adriana Lima.

Thanks for the selection Jerrold.

I took the photo of the almost $275 breakfast bill...and thanks to you for featuring it today!

Picture it...St. Patrick's Day, 2007. A group of friends get together to have pints & english fry ups at a pub (keele/bloor...irish place...can't remember the name).

Well, the drinking got a little out of hand, and next thing we know, we are all a little smashed...and owe a whole lot of money.

Don't worry...it was split between 10 people or so...

But i had to take a photo, it was just way too hilarious.

Oh, and the food was horrible, but the beer was great...

i work in the financial district, so i usually do roam around with my camera on my lunch break. i see those guys all the time. they're often at that exact same corner. the cops hassle them, i guess that's their job. though i do not think it's okay to just crash on the sidewalk, i really enjoyed watching the scene for just a few seconds. the expressions on their face wear of totally not caring -- though the one spotted me taking a picture... :)
