Inner Hero Pilates
Inner Hero Pilates shares gorgeous waterfront digs with the National Ballet of Canada. While I don't have much purpose for slinking south under the Gardiner in winter (I'm not much of an ice-skater these days), Inner Hero is yet another reason not to forget the waterfront. Limited scheduled group classes are on the menu along with private group and individual sessions.

Tracy is always very focused on the development of each client and their special needs, I feel confident that I always get the best out of this 1 hour class.
