H.I.T Fitness has two locations in Toronto - one on Eglinton West (pictured above) and the other in the T.D. Centre in the Financial District. The gym offers a unique training system the revolves around their proprietary H.I.T Fit ROM Machine.

Hello,

I learned about your high intensity taining fitness center on the news. i truly belive in the science behind it! Are you planning to open in Montreal? (where i live). Or would you know of one that already has this concept? Please reply. Thank you. (and when I travel to TO I will sure join!) Helene

Hi Helene,
It is such an addictive work out!! And you can't beat the time commitment!
One day we will have a location in Montreal.... We expect H.I.T to open up to franchisee's in 2009 and we have had many requests to open up a club in Montreal.

What happened? I was just about to make a full comeback and was shocked when I saw the For Lease sign. I was only coming in weekly as of late, but there were no signs of a closure. Sad!
