H.I.T Fitness has two locations in Toronto - one on Eglinton West (pictured above) and the other in the T.D. Centre in the Financial District. The gym offers a unique training system the revolves around their proprietary H.I.T Fit ROM Machine.

It is such an addictive work out!! And you can't beat the time commitment!
One day we will have a location in Montreal.... We expect H.I.T to open up to franchisee's in 2009 and we have had many requests to open up a club in Montreal.

What happened? I was just about to make a full comeback and was shocked when I saw the For Lease sign. I was only coming in weekly as of late, but there were no signs of a closure. Sad!
This place has gone bankrupt....
