Quality of yoga depends on instructor, but generally it is good. The main problem is density of people. You should come 20-30 min before class to take a place, or you risk come, see that all places are busy and go back. But even if you waste your 20-30 minutes and you have a place, the distance between people during the class is 10-15 cm. This makes it difficult to perform exercises and make me feel like in the bus during rush hour. What relaxation can be in such situation?
I, personally, don't recommend this place.

hello there and thank you for your information – I have definitely picked up something new from right here.

I did however expertise some technical points using this site, as I experienced to reload the website
many times previous to I could get it to load
properly. I had been wondering if your web hosting is OK?
Not that I am complaining, but slow loading instances times will very frequently affect your placement in google and can damage
your quality score if ads and marketing with Adwords.

Fabulous space - this studio is a gem! Spacious main studio with lots of windows and very airy. The heat is just right - warm enough for flexibility but not stifling. Friendly staff, great instructors and nice spa-like services like infra-red sauna and massage. Classes are not over crowded and every instructor I have experienced has been great. I recommend it everyone!!

Odd experience Victor as it differs so much from my own. But, the truth is that you can have an amazing yoga practice even in a crowded space as all you need is the space of your yoga mat. In fact I have had my best practices in such a space as the energy of the room becomes electric and energizing. But the classes I have taken at Breathe have always been moderate in size and the size of the studio feels spacious.

The new location in The Junction is one of the most beautiful studios I've ever been to. But that's not the greatest thing about Breathe -- their teachers are amongst the best in the city and it has a very welcoming environment with a great community of students. While classes are busy, I've never seen anyone being turned away for a class and I 've been going to this studio for 6 years.
