Singapore Film Fest Kicks Off Friday

18 Grams of Love at Toronto Singapore Film Festival
It didn't quite make our list of the best film festivals in the city (maybe next year) but the Toronto Singapore Film Festival is yet another amazing showcase of cinema that graces our city each year.

Now in its third year, the Toronto Singapore Film Festival is not only an excellent way to discover Singaporean filmmakers and films, but is also a pretty great way to discover the sights and sounds of Singapore without having to shell out a few thousand dollars on the flight.

The video above gives you a quick peek at what to expect from the festival this year. The Toronto Singapore Film Festival takes place at Innis Town Hall, University of Toronto, from April 4 to 6. More information can be obtained on their website.

Yay, Toronto Singapore festival!
As a tip, they sell the most AMAZING festival food that I've ever eaten.

I still find it very funny that I moved from Toronto to Singapore and now there is a Singapore Film Festival in Toronto. I am sending my friends and family to the festival so they can get a taste of life here...
